Terms & Conditions



A binding purchase agreement has not been entered into with ITURI imagine ApS until you have received an order confirmation. ITURI imagine ApS does not store the order confirmation itself after it has been sent to the customer.

Prices

All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish Kroner (DKK), if nothing else is mentioned. The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Reservations are made for currency changes, Force Majeure, delivery failure, tax changes, out-of-stock items, and printing errors.

General sales

The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable ordering price. Pick-up goods are invoiced at the current price at the time of order, and the price does NOT change either in the event of a price drop or increase. An order is deleted if it has not been picked up any later than 4 working days after the order.

Return policy

Payment Methods

When the item is returned and the right of withdrawal is exercised, this can only happen if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The right of withdrawal, therefore, expires if you use the item in a way where it is quite obvious that the use reduces the sales value.

If you use the right of cancellation, you must pay for the return shipping yourself.

If you have purchased an item in ITURI's webshop, you have the right to cancel the purchase.You just have to return the item to ITURI imagine ApS no later than 14 days after you have received it.
You can return the item to ITURI imagine ApS by refusing to receive the item when it is delivered. You can also show up physically at our address and return the item there, or return the item by post.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the item in the original packaging, as the lack of original packaging may result in the sale value being reduced, whereby the item cannot be considered returned in essentially the same condition and quantity. Please attach the invoice.

If you cancel the purchase, the money will be deposited into your bank account. You are therefore asked to state your registration number. and account number at your bank. Refunds are made as soon as possible after we have received the item back and checked that it meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal to be exercised.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been placed, it should basically be done in the same way as the order was made. Alternatively, this can be done by contacting us by sending an email to webshop@ituri.dk labeled "Cancellation of purchase in webshop".

Please state the order time and order number here. Have you received an order confirmation per e-mail, this can be returned to the sender with the text "Cancellation!" inserted in subject text. Cancellation must be made before 14:00 on the same day as the order is made.

Payment 

Payment can be made with the following payment cards:

– Dankort
– Visa Dankort
– MasterCard

The payment is not withdrawn until the item has been dispatched, with the exception of payment for courses where payment is made immediately after we receive the purchase of your place.

Right of complaint

A 24-month right of complaint is granted on products purchased from ITURI imagine ApS. Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to ITURI imagine ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. You are strongly encouraged to make a statement about the product's fault or deficiency in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may mean an extension of the remedial process.

Safe return of products

All products returned to ITURI imagine ApS must be securely wrapped. ITURI imagine ApS recommends that the item be returned via PostNord, and the item is sent as a parcel via a postal or courier service. In this way, it is possible to track the package in PostNord's system, and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to ITURI imagine ApS. You also have the option to request the package if delivery has not taken place.
